By using CrystalOps, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Description of Service

CrystalOps is a window cleaning management application that helps you:

  • Manage customers and cleaning sites
  • Schedule and track jobs
  • Generate and send invoices
  • Process payments and maintain records

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate, complete information
  • You're responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must be at least 18 years old or have business authority

Account Responsibilities

  • Keep login credentials secure
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
  • You're responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Billing

Pricing

  • Monthly subscription: £8.99 per business
  • Prices exclude VAT where applicable
  • We may change prices with 30 days' notice

Payment Terms

  • Payments processed via Stripe
  • Subscriptions auto-renew monthly
  • No refunds for partial months

Cancellation

  • Cancel anytime through your account settings
  • Service continues until end of current billing period
  • Data export available for 30 days after cancellation

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for illegal activities
  • Attempt to breach security measures
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Interfere with other users' access
  • Reverse engineer our application

6. Data and Content

Your Data

  • You retain ownership of your business data
  • You grant us license to process data to provide services
  • You're responsible for data accuracy and legal compliance

Our Content

  • CrystalOps application and features are our intellectual property
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software

7. Service Availability

Uptime

  • We aim for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee it
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance

Support

  • Support provided via email during business hours
  • We'll make reasonable efforts to resolve issues promptly

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • We provide the service "as is" without warranties
  • We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from:

  • Your use of the service
  • Your violation of these terms
  • Your violation of applicable laws

10. Termination

We may terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these terms
  • Fail to pay subscription fees
  • Engage in fraudulent activity

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in UK courts.
